Twins over White Sox for AL Central

Rays over Twins

Winner of AL Central plays the Rays

In case I didn’t make that clear

My two cents

Al:

Twins

Rays over Twins

Angels over Red Sox

Rays over Angels

NL

Cubs over Dodgers

Brewers over Phillies

Brewers over Cubs

WS

Rays over Brewers in six

Of course, in my alternate, what will actually happen because baseball hates me reality, its the Cubs over the White Sox, and we’ll have to hear about the “Windy City World Series” For Freakin’ Ever!

If you can't learn to do something well, learn to enjoy doing it poorly

I fear

The Red Socks vs. Cubs World Series that would make the most intolerable October in the history of mankind. There will be even more October Gonzo MLBlogs.com commercials of him enthusiastically stating the very obvious, saying things that if said on the real internets would garner huge hostile, sarcastic backlash.

The Red Socks have pretty much eaten the Angels’ lunch when they meet in the playoffs, so I hope I am proven wrong this time around. By default, I want to see the Brewers advance, because I pretty much dislike every other NL team in. Please.

But if I had to put money on this October, it would be the following:

AL:
-Red Socks over Angels in four
-Rays over AL Central

Beckett turns a good performance giving sports writers more dramatic excuses to say he’s the greatest post-season pitcher ever, and the Rays cinderella story will have to come to an end; Red Socks in seven games.

NL:
Cubs over Dodgers in three
Brewers over Phillies in five
Cubs over Brewers in six

And in traditional fashion, Red Socks over Cubs in a sweep, to give AL-ites more reasons to exclaim their supposed superiority.

No wonder nobody likes you, Tuttle... everything's a (Pujols) damn debate.

Agreed on Red Sucks vs. The Losers

That it would be intolerable

(Also Red Sucks fans are the lowest form of life on the planet)

I predict the Cubs

will stink it up like a bag of day old dicks AGAIN! Bwahahahahahahaha…

I wanted to say Cubs fans would cry like a bag of orphans before this is all over but my friend said that that was “wrong”, and “isn’t there voting going on?”, so I opted for the more politically correct version. Hope it sneaks me through.

Thank goodness that's over!

I think this was probably my most favoritest moment of last year’s playoffs:

Ted Lilly is such an a-hole with obvious anger-management issues. I’m surprised there are no confirmed reports of him going all Brett Myers and beating his spouse. And he’s a Cub. Any reason to spark television close-ups of Cubs/Mets fans crying in public is A-OK with me.

No wonder nobody likes you, Tuttle... everything's a (Pujols) damn debate.

Ten bucks says Pierzynski totally deserved that

I don’t remember that happening. what, when, why, and where?

AJ barrelled over Barrett, and jarred the ball loose. AJ took his dear sweet time sitting next to home plate, and waited for Barrett to regain himself. And then right in front of Barrett, he emphatically slapped home plate. And as he got up to return to his dugout is when Barrett grabbed him, and gave him aforementioned haymaker.

No wonder nobody likes you, Tuttle... everything's a (Pujols) damn debate.

and Barrett actually connected?!

must have been sweet to have him pre-concussion…

Look at the picture again

It’s not like he had the Hollywood distance, and reared back and threw a Street-Fighter like dragon-punch or anything, the distance between the guys above, was about all the room used for the scuffle.

Imagine that scene in Kill Bill where the main chick is in the coffin and trying to punch her way out, but with so little room, she has to do that one-inch punch technique to break out. Barrett’s punch was about as effective as her first 50 punches (painless, ineffective), as AJ had more of a WTF look on his face afterwards, instead of being hurt, dazed, or angered.

No wonder nobody likes you, Tuttle... everything's a (Pujols) damn debate.

I just want it to go like this

I guess the Dodgers have to lose to the Cubs in 3 to continue their tradition.
Then I’d like the Brewers to win so people in Philadelphia will shut up or be quieter for like 10 minutes.
Out of those two (CHC, MIL), I’d like it to be cancelled.
NL, come back next year.
Rays vs. Halos, WS.

Isn't it enough to know that I ruined a pony making a gift for you?

I would love

If for whatever imaginary, never-gonna-happen reason, that the Brewers vs. Cubs NLCS be played in Houston.
