Open Thread: 9/20, Padres vs. Nationals

San Diego Padres at Washington Nationals, Sep 20, 2008 4:10 PM PDT

I missed most of the game last night.  I watched the first few innings, came back 4 hours later and the game was still tied in the 12th inning.  Kinda glad I missed that. I don't think my DVR even made it to the 7th inning.  I'll have to catch the game highlights elsewhere.

I should really be savoring these last few games of the 2008 season, because it'll be a long time until Padres baseball returns.  Maybe I'll just record these last few games and watch them through out the winter when I'm really bored.

More terrible baseball coming right up!

Go Padres!

Nothing to see here

CY already gave up a hit in the first

Isn't it enough to know that I ruined a pony making a gift for you?

Lame?

Are you kidding me??

How the EFF did Seattle manage to lose??? This is getting rediculous. Is it legal to tank on purpose?

George Will is at the game

And He’s probably thinking about writing a column entitled “It was almost, but not quite, completely unlike baseball”

I like the weird camera angles

at this ball park. What’s the deal with that?

For those of you rooting for the Strasburg

you should start rooting for the Padres again. The Padres are only good at disappointing fans They lose at losing.

These last two games

Have made me ill. We are screwing up the only saving grace for the season. Everybody, start falling in love with USC SS Grant Green.
