Just as Hairston will hit a leadoff HR in, let’s say the 5th inning, he’s also going to K with Gerut on 2B in the 8th.

On 1360 this morning
They said Maddux cleared waivers. Did someone mention this already in a different thread.
They also said that the Padres should just Giles go to the Red Sox without a trade because the Padres should be acting cheap since they are always crying poor.
Also, the results of these waivers are supposed to be confidential, so the idea that we can talk about this is ridiculous. Stupid FO leaks.

His positive WPA
isn’t even half of Kouz’s negative.
I don't have to always be right. I just have to always think I'm right.

So it should have been Hairston batting there?

Tell me about it.
The two things I’ve done today are watch this game and figure out what beer I’m drinking tonight.

I really wonder....
Where this team would be right now if we had started the season with Gey in CF, The Savior in LF, Giles in RF, Hairy as our 4th OF and Edgar as our back-up infielder.
Closer to free agency for Savior?
I don't have to always be right. I just have to always think I'm right.
Don't fall asleep listening to the radio
because after Kouz hits into his second double play in your dreams you’ll try to kick him in his manhood and Bud Black will stop you and tear your ACL
a little late but YAY JODY!
I like how your verbs are things. I think I'm going to sandwhich after I sofa here for a bit.
The Padres Store
better have GERUT gear next season or so help me God I will burn the place down…that is on condition that he’s still a Padre at that time
Stupid FO….grumble,mutter,spit
Why would Trevor enter a tie game on the road?

Here comes The Heat
“The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother’s keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.”
DOES HE LOOK LIKE A BITCH?

They just explained the umpire thing
But I wasn’t paying attention
I don't have to always be right. I just have to always think I'm right.
I think this was the jist
Umpire misunderstood what Buddy Black wanted to do. And when Buddy tried to explain it the umpire said that wasn’t what he said originally and wouldn’t let the double switch go through. So Buddy complained to the crew chief who couldn’t do anything and Buddy got pissed and got thrown out.
I don't have to always be right. I just have to always think I'm right.
This bugs me
Both the videos in GD say “Mets defense” – They have turned the least double plays of anyone in the NL.

So you're saying that...
They should be labeled: Padres Suck
I don't have to always be right. I just have to always think I'm right.
I want them to admit
There’s nothing positive to say about the Mets.
Ever.

Manny
You gotta love hate Manny.
I don't have to always be right. I just have to always think I'm right.
His impact still wasn't as positive
As Kouz’s was negative

Bases loaded, no outs
Think of it this way: earlier in the year, we’d have gotten zero runs in. This team is going places.

i might be a happy go lucky guy but i'm serious when it comes to my padres! rofl!
Dammit.

You pushed me to the other side.
Besides, we have so much in common…our love of David Archuleta, Chocolate Peanut Butter Haagen Daz, Anthony Bourdain…the list goes on and on.
And he’s a very handsome author, you know.
You act like I was having an affair with the Bar Exam.
