Congratulations Padres! You did two things right on Sunday. You didn't waste a good effort from Maddux and you managed to not get swept by the Giants.

Yeah, well
Alex almost got himself thrown into a pool with clothes on because he had the temerity to say “oh, FINALLY they do something RIGHT!” at the strike ‘em out throw ‘em out double play Sat night – which BTW, was the ONLY thing they did RIGHT that night!! But you know, some fans just can’t handle reality smacking them in the face like that. OTOH, I gave my friend permission to throw him in the pool even though I agreed with the analysis :-) He managed to stay dry. I think because he can run.

its already been voted down once, and the Court rulled that a vote couldn’t overturn something they felt was unconstitutional (which seem unconstitutional in itself).
This pretty much is going to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Besides from the legal precedents, I have no opinion on the subject either way.
