I’m opening a couple of packs of Upper Deck Spectrum that I bought today. So far I’ve pulled swatches of Shilling, Varitek, and our own Greg Maddux. It’s a blue swatch too, from the alternate jerseys. Numbered to 75. Not bad.

I'm not ashamed
I just never really grew out of it. And now that the more spendy packs are jammed full of memorabilia, it just makes it feel like a mini Christmas every time you open a pack.

put Banks back out there. He’s making the league minimum (so the team risk is minimal) and there’s an off day on Monday which will give him extra day of rest. He seems like a game, I doubt he’ll complain. If they waste their whole bullpen because Banks pitched 2/3 of an inning before a rain delay I will be very displeased.

Usually with a lefty pitcher Huber plays LF and Hairston CF. This is american league so there is a DH. So your extra hitter is a guy who you never bat agaisnt lefties?? Why the change now?
