The three game winning streak remains elusive .
Baek is happy to be a Padre. And Buddy can't say enough good things about him. Uh-oh.
Hensley is close to being ready. I hope this means that jbox is lying in wait with a bunch of posts about how useless Hensley is.
Bell is looking more like last year's Bell.
Contrary to popular belief, we are not mathematically eliminated yet.
Wil Ledezma takes on John Lannan this afternoon in a battle between pitchers that no one outside of San Diego or D.C. is familiar with. DAY GAME ALERT!!! Game time is 12:35pm PDT.

Oh man
the UT comments on the blog post by Jenkins are hillarious. He must have cringed when his editor told him to write a piece about how the Padres were still not mathematically eliminated. At least he tried to hide it as best as he could in the blog.

I’m really surprised that they haven’t shut down comments for the entire site – they add absolutely nothing. But then again – it’s the U-T so they probably aren’t even paying attention to them.
