Adrian Gonzalez and Kevin Kouzmanoff were acquired in trades much in the favor of San Diego. Besides those two, the Padres have developed exactly one half of an offensive asset, that being Khalilbot. They are scoring 3.38 runs per game, worst in the bigs while the Ms are at 4.07 runs per game, 25th in the bigs. This is either going to be one incredibly boring series or it's going to one amazingly boring series. TUNE IN TO FIND OUT!

Padres = smart
Don’t forget Giles! Giles is gonna have a million RBI by the end of the season, I know it.

If you include those traded away
Nady is an offensive asset that the Padres drafted and “developed” (quotes because he was drafted as basically a finished product).
You now what I love? Trade links. Try this one:
Bruce Hurst->Andy Ashby->Adam Eaton->Adrian Gonzalez/Chris Young
Who would have thought that signing Hurst as a free agent would lead to Adrian Gonzalez and Chris Young?
I watched all 23 innings and all I got was this lousy signature.

They are clearly underestimating the offensive prowess of
our pitching staff.
I don’t blame ya, tho, DH’ers. You are excused…. for now.
