Arizona Diamondbacks @ San Diego Padres


Nice win yesterday, we really needed it.  I should look it up but with all the extra innings we've played so far, we might have 4 games worth of innings built up.  A loss yesterday would have been a real punch in the gut but luckily guys like Rusch stepped up and pitched 4 great innings and Iguchi came through with the walk off.

Today promises to be another great ball game where runs might be at a premium.  Jake Peavy vs. Brandon Webb two great pitchers will battle it out for fortune and glory.  Should be another warm afternoon as the temperature pushes into the 90's around the county.

If you're going to the game, remember your hats, glasses and sunscreen.  Tip your hat to the Marine Recruits in the stands.
