Scariest thing

right now, the Arizona Diamondbacks (long name) have the best record in the NL. They can win out and finish with 92 wins...this team that no one thought would do a thing in the NL oh, two months ago?
Does baseball have some great stories this year or what? Is the wild card the best thing ever? ESPN 93 Braves-Giants chase aside, MAN. This is some heady stuff.

where credit is due is the last thing on my mind right now.

the other thing that is amazing
The Mets, Diamondbacks, Padres, Phillies and Rockies all can finish with the best record in the NL.  They all can also miss the playoffs, with only 3 games to go.....that's amazing.

The whole 5-way tie is a lie.
I don't know why ESPN keeps saying it's a possibility.

Az has 89 wins, Colorado has 87.

Since they play the last 3 against each other, there is no way they can finish with the same record.

Technically
They can tie one of the games.
This is just the tip of the suck iceberg.

No
The scariest thing was when Wiggins was stalking the gaslampball staff and was on stakeout at Dex's old home. He saw jbox and Dex naked, skinny dipping in a hot tub. Sure, there were ladies there, but there was no interaction between the ladies and the fellas. jbox and Dex were talking Padres, not p***y. They seemed pretty excited about the Padres, too, if you catch Wiggins' drift.

* Tries to shake mental picture from head. Failure: Picture engrained forever. Shudder *

Wiggins: Voted "Creepiest Gaslamp Baller" by his fans.
