New GLB T Shirt Idea

We all know that we have a robot playing shortstop, and robots need software. Therefore:

Obviously someone forgot to load the Display_Emotion library, and the Hit_Slider routine needs some work, but otherwise everything seems to be ok. Although there does seem to be some slight incompatibility with the Offense functions and the PETCO_PARK.app...maybe GLB should get their top programmers on that.

OS
I'll just pop this os into my trusty 1541 floppy...

Load "$", 8
List

Ok, lets see...

LEAVES_BASES_LOADED
STRIKE_OUT
PETCO_PARK
FLY_OUT
AMAZING_PLAY
EAT_FOR_SUSTENANCE
TRY_NOT_TO_GET_EXCITED
PITFALL

Let me open STRIKE_OUT and see whats wrong

LOAD "STRIKE_OUT" ,8,1

AH here it is...

10 PRINT "Strike Out";
20 GOTO 10;

Looks like we may need to update our code on this model.

Way Back Machine
I had to remember all my commodore 64 commands from back in the day. At least I didn't mention loading the cassette tape into the cassette drive... we have come a long way my friends.

Sigh
I remember my C64 and learning BASIC. I think I actually learned LOGO before BASIC though.

I think my favorite C64 game was the Bruce Lee game. Ah memories.

64 days
Funny as hell, fairweather.  Osbug, I LOVED that game.  Killer theme song.  Also, Pitfall II was pretty epic.

Pitfall
I had to add pitfall in the list as it may be the reason i did so poorly in school... actually it was pitfall 2... one of the only game I ever finished.

Pitfall
I played Pitfall on the Intellivision. Anybody remember the baseball game for intellivision? I was terrible at that.

genius. I love it
but I'd rather trade him for Michael Young

by RBS on Jun 15, 2007 10:08 AM PDT reply actions   0 recs

you are crazy
michael young was good last year, and he will be horrible when he is 33 making 16M a year till he is 37.

No way
trading for Young. He is not as good a defender as Khalil, and he hits miserably away from that home park of his.

Love it!
I will take 1. We should have a contest to see who can get it autographed first. I'd love to see the look and khalil's face when he sees his mirror image printed on a shirt.

Not sure
Khalil will get the software reference, he is after all a Clemson alum.
