Around SBN: Tiger Woods, Tony Romo Grouped Together At Pebble Beach

Saw a thing on Ryan Leaf on ESPN

wow...hes now a QB coach at Western Texas A&M.

lives in a dinky apartment.

what a fall from grace.

kudos that he has moved on but man, what a life to be forever the single worst failure in draft history and to be in payton's shadow forever.

Im surprised he even did the interview.

Claims he is happy, simple, settled, and doing something he loves (he is also the golf coach, haha).

Dinky Apartment?
Doesn't he have like 10 million in the bank?

yeah...
which is what made it so funny.  its almost admirable to a point.  my guess, he will never make that kind of money again, so he might as well sit on the nest egg and ride that til death.

his apartment seriously looked like my old bachelor pad. nothing on the walls, big screen on a best buy looking entertainment stand.

70's kitchen appliances.

Good for him
At least he's got a job, doing what he loves and keeping a low profile.

He could have ended up a whole lot worse.

yeah...
they showed the clips of his blowups at the media in the locker room and with other players...

he didn't exactly apologize or regret those scenes...but wrote that off as not surprising for a 21 year old hot head that has a whole bunch of instant fame and money, indirectly criticizing the culture that thows a bunch of money at immature adults and idolizes them.

hey...give me that money, i'll behave.

Ryan Leaf can cry me a river
I saw the SportsCenter thing too and while I'll never claim to say that I can imagine what he went through, I do know that regardless of what's happening to you off camera, you can still handle yourself with class and dignity. You think you have it rough, Ryan Leaf. Puh-leeze.

Now Britney... With papparazzi in her face all the time... It's only a matter of time before she shanks one of those dudes.

So did you just reference
a Timberlake song "cry me a river" and then that made you think of Brit?
