off topic:How 'bout those Irish! And the Trojans...

Hey,did anyone see Stanford,a 48-point underdog, beat #2 USC last night? And did anyone see the Fightin' Irish beat up UCLA last night? I know, that most of you Gaslamp Ballers are Trojan fans,I respect that, but I am sorry to hear about 'SC's catastrophic loss. But as a die-hard Fightin' Irish fan,I am relieved after the Sons of Erin finally won a game after going 0-5. I know the Trojans are going to put my guys' arse on a platter on October 20,but do remember:The Fightin' Irish's colors are blue and gold. And the Padres colors are blue and gold (but actually sand.) That is the reason why I like the Fightin' Irish-they have the same colors as the Padres. Will the Irish have the momentum from their win over the Bruins continue against 'SC? Or will Philip Fitzsimmons lament another Trojan victory over the team he lives and dies for the most? We'll find out in 13 days. In closing, are there any Gaslamp Ballers out there who are Domers, just like ol' Fitzy? Please tell me why you love the Fightin' Irish by posting. But I do think we Domers are going to be outnumbered by a sea of red and gold in Gaslamp Ball country!

Go Fightin' Irish!! Experience it!!
