Wish me luck....

Ok, fellas...got my tics to the game tonight and i'm ready to roll!  Time for me to battle with all those jokers at Coors field. I think I'm going with the Jungle camouflage jersey to stick out a little more (but I guess in a way I might be blending in...camo).  I was all for starting Tomko yesterday  and putting in Peavy for today.  Now we have who we want when everything is on the line.  Would you want anybody else in this situation?  Besides, WHEN WE GET IN, it'll be Young, Maddux, and Peavy as our rotation.  Still not bad.

"Lonliness, thats the bottom line...
... I was never happy as a child.  Christmas, Ted.  What does that mean to you?  It was living hell.  Do you know what its like falling in the mud and getting kicked, in the head, with an iron boot?  Of course you don't, no one does, that never happens.  Sorry Ted, that's a dumb question."

The cockpit...
what is it?!?!?

It's the little room in the front of the plane where the pilots sit... but that's not important right now.

Hey DB,
Can you take about 15 giant K's with you and hang them over the left field fence as P-dog mows down the acclaimed Rocky lineup?  You'll get on t.v., I promise.

Our contemporaries
at Purple Row have some nefarious plans for heckling Jake during his warm-ups, as well as clever signs like "Peavy Schmeavy," "Peavy Likes Coldplay," and "MVP > PV".

Please see to it that you kick each and every one of them in the groinal region while you're at the game, Darth Barf.

I'm not trying to invoke bad kharma either
I'm actually quite proud of how kind we've been towards our opponents of late (save for the Giants). I'm hoping that our continued blogger good will will contribute to Jake's 20th win.

MVP > PV
That one's pretty funny.

And I agree.  Jimmy Rollins > Jake Peavy.

I thought of exactly
the same thing when I read that:

"Good point, but ya know, Jimmy Rollins doesn't have much impact on tonite's affair."

Jimmy Rollins lover.
Me, I'm a Henry Rollins lover.
