Merry Christmas!

I've been light on posting as I finally got a hold of a Wii sometime last week. I've been making Mii characters and exchanging Wii-mails with wiggins4ever. I've also been thoroughly enjoying the fact that the Chargers are so good. I'm scared that I'm enjoying it too much. If they somehow don't make it to the Superbowl, it will break my heart.

In any case, I hope Santa's bringing you all the toys you wanted! I'll be making Miis of our favorite Padres shortly. If you have a Wii and have made Miis of Padres, then try to send them in somehow and we'll see if we can't get the whole team represented.

Padres apparently, according to ESPN is in three-way (I just like saying three way)talks to deal Linebrink. Other parties involved include Yanks and DBacks. Oh and the Big Unic.

Three things, in honor of the possible three-way

One: I'm going to have nightmares now involving John Moores, Scott Linebrink and Joe Torre. So much love to you. XD

Two: "Big Unic" is the best typo ever considering the context of the comment.

Three: The first reference I thought of when I saw the name "Melky" was Melkor (The "true" Dark Lord from Middle Earth), who apparently has been nicknamed "Melkie" in an RPG a friend of mine is involved in.

Yes.. and No

The trade that would have sent Cabrera to the Braves, from what I gather has not gone down. Another three way!! See below.

Melky Cabrera could be in a three-way trade between the New York Yankees, Atlanta Braves, and Pitsburgh Pirates that would send Cabrera to the Braves, Mike Gonzalez to the Yankees, and Adam LaRoche to the Pirates.

My wife got me the 1984 A Dedicated Season vinyl record which is pretty funny to listen to. Jerry Coleman just narrates the whole season.
