hola folks. i write the cardinal blog on this network, Viva El Birdos. today i have part 1 of an online chat i hosted with 5 other card'l bloggers; here's the link.

our consensus: we think the cards will win, but not easily. peavy could put us in some distress, and that bullpen of yours is impressive. also, you have some good left-handed bats and we lack a reliable lhp out of the pen. we lost a key reliever to injury yesterday (last meaningless f**king day of the season); that's bad mojo.

so we're thinking it's gonna take four, five games and be tight as hell. and yeah the cards might even lose. come check it out when you can
